I am an experienced Human Resources Professional with over 25 years of work in various industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and recruiting.  This experience has allowed me the opportunity to learn more about empathy, diplomacy, confidentiality and patience  . I am honored to use this experience to help you grow in your career, gain satisfaction with your job or find a new one.

I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) I have met the training and education requirements, thereby demonstrating command of the coaching competencies that serve as the field’s national standards. Additionally, as a NBC-HWC, this means I adhere to ethical guidelines as part of the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching’s industry. 

My training at Duke Integrative Medicine provided me with the tools and resources to help  partner with you on your journey to your ideal health.  At Duke Integrative Medicine, we learned that health and wellness comes from so many different areas in life:  Spiritual, Nutrition, Physical Environment, Relationships & Communication, Movement, Rest, Personal & Professional Development and Mind-Body Connection.  My goal is to partner with you, support you and be by your side as you work to improve your health and wellness.  YOU are always the focus.

This training allowed me to gain an understanding of the whole human health experience and become effectively trained to educate, equip and empower clients with lifestyle choices to help achieve optimal health.
